The guest house is divided into two floors and offers one bedroom and one living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area upstairs. There is also a French balcony and a workspace with a desk. On the ground floor, we have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The guest house has 4-5 beds. Outside there is a nice garden with a patio. Two bicycles and two SUPs are available to borrow. The apartment is on the top-level of my house, private entrance and garden area, BBQ, fireplace, sauna/spa, and balcony. Lovely nature, minigolf and restaurants around the corner. Come here and enjoy peace and rest or active lifestyle. Outdoor gym, padel and running trails in the close vicinity. A short walk brings you to the white sandy beach, ice cream bar (summer time) or the grocery store. The ideal stop on the swedish south-coast!

Nybyggd stuga på Granlunda med bra standard för upp till 3 gäster. Här bor du i ett lugnt område med en fin miljö nära parken, men har ändå centrum och alla dess bekvämligheter bara ett stenkast bort. Stugan är ljus, fräsch och smart planerad för att skapa en luftig känsla. Perfekt för par eller den mindre familjen. Inkluderar ett modernt, helkaklat badrum med dusch och toalett. Lugn men ändå stadens puls på bekvämt gångavstånd!

The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor.
