Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Fresh and cozy guesthouse (28 sqm) located south of road 9 in summer Beddingestrand. Here you have the beach and golf course in walking distance. Close to shops, restaurants and to the bus to Trelleborg/Ystad. Open floor plan with well equipped kitchen and living room. Bathroom with shower and WC. You choose to sleep in a comfortable sofa bed or in the loft. Private terrace with access to a barbecue. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Blankets and pillows are provided, sheets and towels are to be brought by guests.

Renovated basement in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, WiFi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.
