You will enjoy a private, furnished terrace, as well as the generous open spaces of the garden and woodland. Since 2023, the gîte features a saltwater swimming pool (10 × 4 m). Fiber-optic Wi-Fi. It has it's own private terrace with hot tub (available from Oct-Apr), covered outside dining area. For those cooler months there is a wood burning stove (logs provided).

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.

Le Petit Abri is a short stroll from the centre of Tremolat, a pretty village with lovely restaurants. Originally a Perigourdine barn, it has recently been sympathetically renovated to create a beautiful one-bedroom gite. During July & August we normally accept bookings for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, but please contact us for availability.
