Two adjoining cottages within walking distance of the river town of Pontrieux, near the coast. The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is 1.5km from the Medieval town, situated on the estuary/river Trieux and is close to many beautiful beaches from Paimpol and Trestel (20 minutes), to the Pink Granite Coast (40 minutes). The cottages have been renovated to a very high standard and offer comfortable accommodation. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shops and a weekly market.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

The small cottage"Le Doctoral".. consists of a bedroom, a bathroom of independent toilets and a kitchen equipped with kitchen,fridge,a terrace with garden furniture on the park ..this small cottage is completely independent from the rest of the house where we live in the year. you are by car 10 minutes from the pier for brehat and 10 minutes on foot from the port of paimpol.. WiFi in the cottage. You are in an old stone farmhouse of the 1900s rather rustic with a lot of charm .

Lively hub with restaurants, Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our timber-framed cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded plot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.

With family or friends, you will be 150 m from the GR34, which will take you to the Pointe du Roselier, with its magnificent view of the bay! The Air Marin is an ideal base for exploring the Côtes-d'Armor because it is close to major roads.

The hiking trails (GR34, TroBreizh, or Véloroute...), the sea and its pebble beach are minutes away via a small forest trail located at the foot of our property. The house has a small living-dining room with sofa and fireplace, an equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, hobs and dishwasher), a bathroom (WC, sink, shower), and two bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed, 2 single beds)
