Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Natur und guter Luft und Ruhe. Du wirst das Loft lieben wegen dem Platz im Freien, den Garten, den Kamin innen für die Gemütlichkeit, 63qm zum Wohlfühlen in altem Gemäuer mit Lehmputz innen. Auf der Galerie ist ein 160cm breites Bett und ein Schreibtisch, unten eine Schlafcouch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende und Eifelfans. Alt trifft Neu ist das Motto: Alte Balken knacken auch mal, der Regen prasselt aufs Dach= Vor- und Nachteil?

Ruhige FeWo mit schöner Aussicht im Hunsrück

Die Ferienwohnung grenzt an einen historischen Bauernhof - heute ein Pferdezucht und Pensionsbetrieb - welcher in Alleinlage auf einem wunderschönen Berghügel umgeben von Wäldern und Weinbergen liegt. Der Fellerhof auf dem Fellerberg liegt weit weg von Straßenlärm und Stress, hier kann man die Natur, Entspannung und Ruhe genießen. Es gibt wunderschöne Wandermöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Einige Wege führen nur wenige Meter am Hof vorbei, wie z.B. der Schiefer-Wackenweg.

The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderen 8 tot 12jr verblijven gratis. neem contact op voor u boekt. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. And when the weather is gloomy, just make yourself comfortable on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove.
