Light on the hill 2, silence near city, parking p.

The cottage "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller one of the two neighboring organic houses (both together for min. 6 people can be booked, see also "Lichtberg 1"). It is enchantingly alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main train station and highway) and has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy off the beaten path. Parking with E-Wall.

Die rund 120qm großen Räumlichkeiten der Villa Feyen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 1 davon ist unser Reserveschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, ohne Badewanne ) und 3 vollausgestatteten Bädern bieten Ihnen für bis zu 8-9 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Our bright, newly renovated apartment in Trier is separated from the Mattheiser Pond park by a street & was furnished by us with much love for beautiful details and modern design. The bright, open floor plan leaves plenty of room for joint cooking, games and TV evenings or just for relaxing with a delicious glass of Moselle wine. The historic city centre is within walking distance or can be reached by city bus. The bus stop is just 30 metres away.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, suitable for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or working. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Ideally located for traffic, either on foot (15 min) or by bus directly to Altstadt. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

Familiar and scenic alternative is the atmosphere in the east district of Trier. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes.
