A two-bedroom stylish and comfortable holiday apartment for up to four, with a terrace and picture-perfect view of the valley and mountains below. A cedar barrel sauna is available (at extra cost). The entire apartment was renovated in March 2024, including a new sauna oven (it gets really, really hot now), acoustic paneling, new kitchen with Bosch appliances (oven, dishwasher), rain-water shower, a washing machine with dryer, and new beds. You can also visit our herd of Scottish Highlanders!

Von der 17 Quadratmeter großen Süd-Ost-Terrasse geht der Blick ins Grüne. Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Nah an der City und mitten auf einem 1200 qm großen Grundstück mit Beeten und Bäumen, unter denen unsere kleine Hühnerschar samt Hahn Hugo zu Hause ist.

Die stilvolle Einrichtung mit großer Couch, Relax-Kissen und privatem Whirlpool sorgt für eine entspannte Wohlfühlatmosphäre nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag im schönen Trier. Die Lage ist für City-Besuche optimal: Die Fußgängerzone beginnt in 650m Entfernung. Zu den Kaiserthermen und der Porta Nigra sind es ca. 15-20 Gehminuten. Die Buslinie 1 hält nur 350m entfernt (Barbaraufer).

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. E-charging station at home.

Die helle und freundliche Wohnung mit Wohn- und Schlafraum befindet sich im Gartengeschoss unseres Hauses, das über eine Außentreppe erreichbar ist. Sehr gute Busanbindung zur Innenstadt. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.

Wohnen wie in der Schloßallee! Die Merianstraße liegt in direkter Nähe zum Zurlaubener Ufer mit seinen Fischerhäuschen und 5 Minuten Gehweg zur Porta Nigra. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Merianstr. sehr ruhig. Das Ein - Zimmer - Appartement liegt in einem Anbau im 2. Stock. Es ist mit einem Balkon, einer Ankleidekammer, einer Einbauküche und einem Duschbad ausgestattet.
