Willkommen zwischen Weinbergen, Natur und Amphitheater! Die hochwertig eingerichtete, rund 90 qm große Einliegerwohnung liegt in Trier-Olewig, dem alten Weinviertel der Stadt. Von der 17 Quadratmeter großen Süd-Ost-Terrasse geht der Blick ins Grüne. Das freistehende Einfamilienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Nah an der City und mitten auf einem 1200 qm großen Grundstück mit Beeten und Bäumen, unter denen unsere kleine Hühnerschar samt Hahn Hugo zu Hause ist.

This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Im Stadtteil gibt es ein Café, einen Eissalon, zwei Pizzerien und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (10 Min Fußweg) und viel Grün. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten finden sich auf dem Grundstück oder direkt vor dem Haus oder in der Hauptstraße, 100m vom Haus.
