Monthly Rentals in Trinity

This charming house on Peggy Drive in Holiday, FL is everything our host, Milton, promised it would be. We easily entered the home and found it to be clean, comfortable, and cozy. Milton is the perfect host. Every contact with him was timely and helpful. The fenced backyard was important for us because we had our fourteen year old mini-golden-doodle with us. She especially approved of the screened lanai we used every morning. We are serious coffee drinkers and the Keurig coffee machine with a drawer full of pod choices was a delight. The neighborhood on Peggy Drive is friendly and inviting. We saw folks walking and riding bikes, and children playing. Stores of all types are easily accessible. We took short trips to Target, TJ Maxx, The Home Goods Store, and several other of our favorites. Restaurants in the area are too many to mention, but we did eat at Hella’s in Tarpon Springs twice. Our decision to stay in this charming home in Holiday, Florida was a great one!

Amazing airbnb- incredibly clean and loved all the windows/natural light, super cozy bed/couch! I appreciate the host's thoughtfulness and quick responses! Didn't realize what a cute little downtown New Port Richey had. Also super close to some amazing beach sunsets!

Absolutely great place to stay for a few days. When I first walked in I could tell it was high quality workmanship. Very well decorated. Located in a quiet location easy to get to. Easy access. If I have the need to stay in New Port Richey again I will definitely try to stay here. Earl and Vonda
