Living room and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 WCs, and a utility room with a shower on the first floor. 2 bedrooms and a loft living room on the mezzanine level. Hems has a standing height in the middle. All amenities and Wi-Fi/fibre. New outdoor area with a large patio, hot tub and glazed conservatory.

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality. Nice view of Trondheim fjord and rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive by car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In winter, the road is cleared and salted. It is an advantage to have a good winter car.
