In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve you breakfast (included in the reservation). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. Bikes will be loaned to you if you want to explore the region in a sporty way. Pleased to welcome you.

Bed and breakfast

I am a 10-minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the city center.. There is a bus stop, with a bus every quarter of an hour 5 minutes from my home. I live in a ground floor building with private parking. The neighborhood is very quiet. Check-in is between 6pm and 9pm and check out before 8:30 am. i don't give away my keys. Be respectful, you're with us, not your own.

The Gîte de Saint-Phal

The Gite de Saint-Phal is a property of more than 5500 m2 incorporating 6 buildings including 3 of dwellings with gardens, an orchard and equipped with a swimming pool surrounded by a Solarium. It consists of two Bed and Breakfast and a Gite. Each unit has parking space as well as a semi-private garden equipped with sun loungers, a table, a barbecue and candle lanterns.

Gîte de Louison

We offer a cottage in our farmhouse, located near the lakes of the Orient Forest (5 min walk from Lake Dienville) and 20 minutes from Nigloland! Guests will enjoy a peaceful setting, surrounded by nature. Gite ideally located for outdoor activities (walks on the lake dike, electric boat trips and fishing). Sandrine will welcome you in a warm atmosphere!

It is possible to book the entire mill (4 bedrooms) for €360 or 2.3 rooms for €90 per room. 2 private bathrooms common to the 4 bedrooms for rent . There is a large riverside garden, on-site parking, breakfast included, possibility to have a meal.

This is a bedroom upstairs of our house, with a bed, a wardrobe and a dresser, bright and pleasant. It is perfect for a couple or a single person. Your room is located near the university center, between 10 and 20 minutes' walk from the UTT, IUT, EPF, MIFA, IUMM, Compagnons du Devoir, and the Christian High School of Troyes.
