We loved the total cleanliness of the apartment and more than anything the tranquility and not needing the car for being so close to everything

Both Miguel Ángel and his wife have been very friendly and helpful with us. When we arrived they were already waiting for us, they gave us the entrance to the garage and explained everything about the flat. They also made recommendations for restaurants to eat and places to visit. The next day, they were interested in wondering how we had spent the night and the last day they also came to say goodbye. The apartment is very good,located in a nice area and with a lot of atmosphere. Everything highly recommended!!

José's apartment is true to the description! Very comfortable,with everything you need for a pleasant stay, very quiet building,ideal for rest,cleaning 10! Jose is very communicative at all times,I would repeat if I returned to Avilés.

The place and the apartment is unbeatable! I spent a weekend with my partner and the area was very nice. The interior was just like the listing and was close to many bars, restaurants and bus stops. I would definitely repeat again!
