Small sauna, fully equipped kitchen, garage space in the basement. East-facing terrace with a view, west-facing porch with afternoon and evening sun during the summer months. The landlord is not on site and the apartment must be cleaned after use. Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. No smoking, tenant must be over 25 years of age.
