The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

The small cozy apartment is located on the 4th floor of a larger apartment building on the edge of the Sommerhofenpark, as well as Klosterseepark (beautiful evening walks and great running opportunities are guaranteed). Within walking distance is the market square/main train station (about 15-20 minutes). The necessary food and shopping facilities are across the street. The apartment was newly furnished in 2020.
