Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

Our 60 m² apartment has fast Wi-Fi, TV, Netflix, washer/dryer as well as equipped kitchen and is accessible by elevator. An underground parking space in the same building is available on request at no charge.

Al piano terra e con ingresso indipendente, con spazio per riporre sci e scarponi. La camera ed il bagno sono riservati solo agli ospiti. L'ingresso é condiviso con un altro appartamento. NB: NON é a disposizione una cucina in condivisione con altri (solo macchina caffé e bollitore per la colazione, all'interno della camera).

Room is available for five people. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and a small kitchen. A washer and dryer are available for your use. In the vicinity are two restaurants and the train station is about 600 meters from the property.

Nearby you have shopping facilities (Coop, Denner, bakery, butcher, etc.) and great restaurants to be pampered. For bad weather days, Sedrun also has an experience and wellness bath. In summer, the 300m2 garden with fire sound and a great view invites you to grill.
