Our house is in a medium sized place called Türkheim. Since the house is located on the outskirts and it is only three min. to the A96, it is ideal for tourists and fitters. The sights such as the Allgäu mountains, Füssen, Schwangau and the royal castles can be reached within 50 minutes by car. The state capital of Munich and its highlights can also be reached within 45 minutes by car. After a busy day, the place also offers various restaurants and ice cream parlors.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment on the 1st floor, Wertachauen has about 45 square meters, was renovated in 2023 and is located in the north part of Türkheim.
