We loved our stay with Marco! Everything was clean and as pictured. The house is even better in person than in the pictures. We stayed for one month and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again!

Chic&Cosy

We had a lovely time at Fabio’s place. Everything was exactly described on the page if not better. It is super clean, has fast Wifi, great water pressure hot and cold, 2 blocks from La Spezia train station, supermarket, and many restaurants in the area. To add to all of this Fabio is an amazing host. He picked us up at the train station and gave us a lot of tips for navigating Cinque Terre efficiently and economically. We highly recommend his apartment.

Comfortable near Florence

Marco was super super helpful and proactive. He had a detailed list of helpline numbers, recommendations and waste disposal. The host was even kind enought to accomodate us given the fact that construction was going on outside. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

"Annunziata Suite 1" - Center of Florence.

JonettaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Gherardo is very responsive and patient. He took our heavy luggage up the 5 flights of stairs and responded to our questions immediately. The place is very clean and spacious. Really liked having a pull out couch for my daughter. The balcony area was a plus with clothes line if you wash your clothes. He also has a dry stand if you want to hang your clothes inside. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Quiet area and felt safe walking at night on the street. Very close to the Duomo, Basilica and restaurants . Enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay at Emanuelas place. She was really responsive and helpful. The place is centrally located and right next to the town square. Would love to go back to the place if we are ever in the area.

OLYMPIA

PaulRating, 5 stars7 months ago
From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Brekkafest a 4 km da Pisa

MarcellaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
A wonderful vacation. Giovanna was really helpful and kind before her arrival responding to requests for clarification. As soon as you arrived, she made herself available for every need, anticipating our needs and also providing useful tips for the stay. The structure matches what you see in the photo, it is well cared for and well furnished and equipped with everything you need (even hair dryer or clothesline... everything!) We stayed a few days but we had a really good time. The garden is really a plus, too bad the season wasn't right to fully enjoy, but the kids used it a lot. Giovanna and Tommaso are really super hosts who take care of their guests!

Maison Flora - Historic home in the Oltrarno area

CarolineRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Maison Flora is not just beautiful, it is perfectly located. Being across the Arno was bliss - away from the madding crowds of the centre. (Beware - the Uffizi was manically crowded even in April). There is a bustling restaurant scene, which suited us, and we were able to mix with the locals rather than crowds of tourists. Another bonus was being on the road towards Siena, so we could just hop on a bus without having to trek to the bus station. And on another day, two easy bus rides took us to Fiesole, from where we walked back through hills and woods. Calm and countryside - all at our fingertips.

House Rigomagno Siena

JoachimRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Such a wonderful house in a magnificent location! We spent a great week in Diego's house where we really didn't miss anything. Especially worth mentioning: the fireplace, the great kitchen and the 100% cleanliness of everything. And of course: the pool! 1,000 thanks, Diego!

Tuscan dream in the ancient Tobacco's villa, sauna

DanielRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were extremely happy with Anna's place. We felt we had everything we needed and more for our toddler and 10 month old baby. Sitting on the patio by a campfire was an absolute joy in an incredibly peaceful setting. The attention to detail was not missed and we wished we had booked for more days. Highly recommend this place for those seeking the best in terms of amenities in a quiet, remote and peaceful setting.

Montalcino Townhouse with Private Panoramic Garden & Spa

JorgeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lisa Jane’s townhouse in Montalcino was perfect with breathtaking views of the Tuscan valley. The townhouse itself was super clean, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. It was a great base for exploration of nearby Tuscan towns we visited- Pienza(35 min), Sienna(55), Castilogne Della Pescaia(65), Pitigliano(90) and Montepulciano(45). Also get your int. driver’s license from AAA. Save the hassle of being pulled over like we got. Lisa Jane was extremely responsive, helpful, friendly and waiting for us upon our arrival! She explained everything and gave great recommendations. The townhouse has everything you need - we made great use of the provided umbrellas! I will point out the exact location could be tricky for people with mobility challenges. The entrance is about halfway up or down(depending which way you access) a small street with a very steep incline. We did fine, but my watch alerted me to a 4X increase in average stairs! We highly recommend!!

Casa Claudia between Terme, Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata

MarkoRating, 5 stars11 months ago
Definitely a wonderful place to relax. The sunset in the evening is mind-blowing and Letizia is a very welcoming host. The apartment has everything you need but be aware that it can be pretty, pretty cold at night (we were there in May) and if you want to heat the place you’ll need to remember that gas is extra. Other than that it’s a place to fall in love with and also great if you bring your dog. We were sorry to leave and can absolutely imagine to be back to explore more of the Valley D’Orcia or simply to relax and enjoy the sun and nature.

We had a wonderful time at Anna’s villa. The place is beautifully located within an easy walk to the tram station. The villa is absolutely stunning and full of history which Anna was more than happy to talk about. Anna is a wonderful host, always ready to share tips and recommendations. She made us feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back at any time! :)

This Tuscan apartment has amazing views, and is located in a less touristy area, but is still an easy walk to the main sites. The balcony was an added bonus, and rooms were a good size. Mirko was very responsive to our questions.

Casa Agave: Relax, e-bike, spa, nature in Maremma!

MichelaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed 2 nights at Casa Agave with our four-legged friend: clean and tidy accommodation, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan companion. Terme di Saturnia is a 10-minute drive, but also convenient to visit the area of Lake Bolsena. Francesca is a very kind host, she recommended places to eat and local events!

Explore Tuscany from a Chic 16th Century Apartment

DarleneRating, 5 stars7 months ago
I felt so at home in Barbara's cozy apartment. The kitchen was well-supplied, with everything I needed to prepare meals. She also had eggs, yogurts, water, coffee, cream, and more food to start my mornings. Barbara recommended some of the best local restaurants. I came to Italy to write. Her office was a writer's dream, adorned with motivational quotes and bathed in natural light with a breathtaking view of the mountains. However, the biggest unexpected bonus was Barbara's mom. She warmly greeted me at the train station, effortlessly helping me with my luggage to the third floor. Once inside, she graciously walked me through everything I needed to know during my stay. A few days later, she returned to show me how to operate the washing machine. Then, on my last day, she kindly returned to take me to the airport, my luggage. All made my departure seamless and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Barbara's home without hesitation to anyone seeking a warm and welcoming retreat.
