The home is lovely. The views are amazing! The housekeeper was very nice and helpful and made us coffee every morning and even did some laundry for us. She came in and out without interrupting us and was very quiet. The home is heated by fireplaces that did not blow heat into the home so we were constantly cold thruout every room of this home.

I would this property. Clean and pleasant apartment. Located a 20-minute walk from the train station. A few parking spaces on the street of the apartment.

Rare to find such a big place while traveling across Europe. All the rooms were even more spacious than expected and very comfortable. Close to the central train station, but also just a short walk to all the great sites in the city. It was nice to have a place to relax with our whole family and it gave our kids a little space to play inside and in the courtyard. I would definitely stay here again!

We spent four pleasant and comfortable days. The house complies with the listing description, suitable for vacations and remote work (pc station with monitor and great wifi coverage) Nicola was very kind and always available. Highly recommended!

The owners, Paola and Daniele, are very kind and helpful and ready to give advice. The accommodation is cozy and with all the necessary comforts, it is located in a quiet area but not too far from Lucca and the railway station that are easily accessible both on foot and by car.

We were 5 adults and 2 children, the house is the perfect size and a good location. The town can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes, taking bicycles or renting bicycles is recommended. Communication with Alessio and Francesco was very pleasant and we got many tips for Castiglione. Gladly again, thank you very much for the nice stay!

We spent (2 adults and a dog) a week in Claudio and Rita's place on horseback of the year. We found the house extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay even for several days. The owners were very kind and hospitable, leaving pleasant welcoming thoughts for us. Claudio was also very helpful on a couple of occasions when we contacted him. The only thing to consider, if you stay in the winter months, but that did not affect the pleasantness of the stay, is that the heating is with the splits and not through radiators, so in cold periods the heat of the house could be a little uneven but still sufficient leaving the splits on. Claudio and Rita are very attentive to details and hospitality upon our arrival we found bowls,mat and pillow for the dog definitely a nice surprise :-). A real pet friendly house!

A beautiful house with everything you need. comfortable and warm. Great bus connections, close to supermarket and very walkable to lucca central. Comfortably accommodates 8 people, three bath rooms is a bonus . I would highly recommend.

Nice stay, location is perfect, clean

Me and my friend were at a tango event in San Pietro Terme. It was a super nice trip. Everything that we needed was in the apartment and it felt like home, cozy and comfortable. The host was helpful and we are very happy with everything.

Wow... where should we start? Our hosts were so very thoughtful and took great care to make sure our stay was so so comfortable. We were greeted by our hosts and presented with fresh eggs, milk and bread. They gave us the grand tour and made sure we felt right at home. This apartment had ALL the amenities and was so spacious and cozy. So much thought and care went into the layout and amenities. Our hosts had a great guest handbook and gave excellent recommendations. They also kept us supplied with coffee which was such a kind gesture. We all loved spending time in our beautiful Airbnb. Time spent in the heated pool was such a relaxing treat. We also LOVED the hike right from the house through the woods to Sorano. The ancient caves and nature walk was such a great experience! This quiant town was very quiet and beautiful. We loved all of the day trip opportunities from here. By far our favorite stay in Italy so far. Grazi mille to Andrea and Charlyn!!

The best airbnb experience so far. Before we arrived, the owner already put the heater on so we are warm. We found a large amount of fresh and unopened food and drinks in the house, including juices, bread, different cooking sauces and a surprising many many types of pasta and tea. There was also a welcome gift pack. The owner also very considerately left us singk le use cups in the bathroom which makes the process of teeth-brushing easier. Apart from that the house is extremely spacious and comfortable and very tidy and clean.

Federica was very helpful right away. Your home is very cozy and clean. We found everything we needed, pasta, salt, oil, coffee, tea, and snacks for breakfast. Nothing was missing in the bathroom, everything was impeccable. We booked this house to go to Mirabilandia, about 7 kilometers away, so the location is strategic. I highly recommend it.

Lovely townhouse on a quiet edge of Marina di Massa. Via a side exit from the property right on the river to the sea, via a beautiful path. Very friendly landlady with good tips at all times. Price/performance top.

We found a home away from home with this house. Not only was it spotless when we arrived but Alessandra had thought about everything from making the home smell wonderful to leaving some toys out for the kids. The house is immaculately thought out with lamps and bookshelves in the right places for example. We absolutely loved and lived in the garden with its shaded areas in the midday sun and warm evening light. Our kids felt right at home straight away which is something we haven’t ever experienced before. We will be back as we feel we’ve left a part of us there! Thank you Ale for everything! X

We had a very good stay in Filippo's big and nice townhouse located in a quiet area. We spent 11 nights in September here with our 1.5 year old son. We enjoyed being able to eat our meals on the patio and have access to both dishwasher and washing machine during our stay. We also got to borrow a high chair. The accommodation has good kitchen equipment, comfortable beds and two fresh modern bathrooms. It takes around 5 min to walk to the beach and as long to a small grocery store as well as around 20-25 min into the city center. Filippo was always responded promptly and helpfully to our queries by email.
