9 - Small new house in the nature

The house has a living room a kitchen and a bathroom. It is close to Brakmarsvägen but well isolated on three walls. Windows are on Western side. AC was added 2020 and a terass in 2021. The TV has 2 English language channels; BBC World and Al Jazira. In 2023. In 2024 we shanged to a more versatile bed, same size 140x200 and adding a wardrobe. The bed is shown in two situations, as flat and as slightly elevated. The bed can also be turned into a sofa as shown by the photo of the living room.

The house is surrounded by forest and the main residence opposite. It is close to 2 lakes, Grendalssjön and Albysjön. Barely a 10-minute walk. There are a lot of bathing places in the nearby area.
