Summerhouse, Stockholm Archipelago

About: Summerhouse from the mid 60´s, located on the heights of Korsholmen, a small island, just outside Dalarö. Isolated in it´s own way from surrounding buildings, with a view over Dalarö and the boatyard underneath. The sun lights up the interior thru the big windows from sunrise to sunset. With a great view of Dalarö across the water. Even greater from the viewpoint, just 40 meters from the house. Open planning between living room and kitchen. Toilet, workroom, bedroom and guest room are all separate. A wide terrace surrounds the north and east sides of the house. Surroundings / How to get here Dalarö is the center of the southern archipelago. A small society with a traditional appearance, buildings from the 1700´s next to summerhouses, restaurants, bakery, fish-shop, a bank office and a tourist information center. Dalarö can be reached by the archipelago boats (W) from central Stockholm. And from Dalarö the traffic goes on to Kymmendö, Ornö, Utö, Fjärdlång, amongst many other islands. Public parking is also available and easy to find, making it convenient to drive 40 minutes from central Stockholm to Dalarö (might be busy during high-season). Naturally there is also the option of using the very accessible public transportation from central Stockholm to Dalarö, which takes you to your destination within 1 hour and 15 minutes. Summer Cottage by the Sea

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

There is free parking for 3 cars on inside driveway with e-charge port. In the surrounding you find several hiking routes, outdoor gyms, sights - Tyresö Castle, Nyfors waterfall

Cozy, pleasantly lit studio with high ceilings and big windows situated on Kungsholmen, with a nice little outdoor patio. 10 mins to city centre by subway. 10 mins to charming Södermalm by bus. Close to a beautiful park, scenic promenade Norrmälarstrand to tourist spot City hall, a cliff swimming spot for the adventurous and a beach for the comfort creature. High res TV with hi-fi speakers for music, Apple TV with subscriptions and Nintendo Switch included in rent. A comfortable stay!

Lakehouse next to lake. Woodfired sauna. Fishing.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new house next door. Possible with up to 6 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 4 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Lovely villa next to forest. 5 decks, 4 min walk to a glacial lake through the trees. Cinema, pool table, sauna, 4 bedrooms ( 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 1 bunk beds) 30 mins bus to Stockholm centre. 5 mins to beaches, skiing, cafes, shops, hiking. The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.

Five bedrooms with four double beds, one 120 cm bed, sofa bed in living room. Small house with double bed, stargazet tent 19 sqm with five beds. Suitable for events, company events or friends:-) Everyone who should be in the house should be in the booking, there is no price difference if you stay overnight or not. Summer cottage in Dalarö

Partially newly renovated summer cottage with sea view and proximity to forest. There is a private jetty 2 minutes walk away, as well as a common swimming area at 5 minutes distance. There is a guest house with sofa bed and sauna available. Lovely rustic barbecue area to use, there is both the possibility to sit outside on the large porch or inside the patio. Bedroom 1: 160 bed with exit to the terrace. Bedroom 2: One bunk bed and one 90 bed with exit to the terrace.
