The apartment is located in Stockach, just 5 km from Lake Constance. It is very bright and in the cozy living room there is a large sofa bed, dining table with 4 chairs and a high chair. In the bedroom there are 2 beds that can be put together or placed separately. The bathroom is newly renovated. Dishwasher, stove with oven, coffee maker and microwave are provided. The terrace includes a private garden area with a barbecue. Parking space available.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Facilities also include Wi-Fi and satellite TV with streaming services. The special feature of this accommodation is the private sauna.

Built in 2018, the modern apartment 303 (approx. 40 m²), including a rich breakfast buffet, is located on the upper floor. It offers a seating area in the garden, which is adjacent to our own vineyards. The bedroom is a connecting room to the living room. A lockable bicycle garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available free of charge. A free car parking space is available directly at the house.
