Studio of 20m2, all comforts...on the ground floor. Bed 140 × 190 Bultex mattress, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, WiFi. Free parking space. Bus stop. Small supermarket at the bottom of the building. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the building is well maintained (see photo). Close to the Albertville-Annecy bike path, and a pretty body of water. Lake Annecy is a 20min drive. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, as it is not allowed in the building.

Welcome to Pause Sauvage, a warm apartment located on our family farm. Here, we live to the rhythm of nature, among animals, donkeys, cows and mountains. In summer, I offer, and from June as an option, a ride in the alpine pastures at 1500 meters altitude with my donkeys, followed by a Savoyard aperitif facing Mont-Blanc and its sunset, to the sounds of the bells of our herd.
