Small supermarket at the bottom of the building. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the building is well maintained (see photo). Close to the Albertville-Annecy bike path, and a pretty body of water. Lake Annecy is a 20min drive. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, as it is not allowed in the building.
