With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all the cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, you can expect ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and beautiful winter hiking trails amidst the snow-covered natural landscape.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Die Wohnung liegt beschaulich und völlig ruhig in der Parallelstrasse zum See. Sie befindet sich im 2. ten Stock über unserer zweiten Ferienwohnung Captain‘s house und hat einen Südbalkon mit Blick ins Grüne Richtung Bodensee. Ein kleiner Spaziergang trennt euch vom Ufer des Naturstrandbades und den anderen vielen verlockenden Freizeitangeboten. Wir haben eine Ladestation für E- Autos. Für kleine Kinder ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. In diesem Fall ist die 2te FEWO besser geeignet.

Die Ferienwohnung ist 44 m² groß und besteht aus einem Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem separaten Schlafzimmer, einem eigenen Bad sowie einem Außensitzplatz. Die Wohnung und die gesamte Einrichtung sind hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir möchten unseren Gästebereich der airbnb-Community anbieten, wenn wir ihn privat nicht nutzen. Our apartment impresses with its wonderful location not far from the lake. It is high quality and comfortably furnished, quietly located overlooking the beautiful garden. In just 5 minutes, you can walk to the lake and go swimming directly in the lido. It is also close to the beautiful old town of Überlingen. It is about 20 minutes on foot. A bus runs at your doorstep. Parking is free on the quiet residential street.

The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.

Plenty of space for a vacation on Lake Constance in this spacious accommodation. The lake is within walking distance (about 1.5 km to the beach). Also a bakery 700 m, or supermarket 400 m. In the kitchen there is a stove & oven as well as a microwave. You can also work at the large table in the living room. In the bedroom there is also a work table. A crib can be provided on request.

Haus Seefrieden - Accommodation with charm

Our house is located about 200 m from the lake on the edge of the Seefelder Aach nature reserve. The harbor and the town center can be reached comfortably in 5 minutes. Since our small guesthouse is a bit outdated, we started to carefully renovate it in winter 2018 and to turn some guest rooms into apartments. We are now looking forward to welcoming you!
