In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us

The Gams has natural stone and oak wood floors, a kitchen with cozy seating area, living room, bedroom, second open loft bedroom and modern bathroom. Explore the loving details to be found throughout the apartment. Our goal is that you look forward to returning "home" at the end of a full day of sports or sightseeing. You can walk to shops/restaurants/bars in 5 min. Enjoy and relax during your stay!

Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. Enjoy beautiful days on the cozy terrace and fine relaxation in the hot tub! For motorcyclists, we have a garage. Ideal for 2 to 4 people.
