Tangletown is one of Seattle's very favorite neighborhoods, and this particular block is super quiet (no freeway noise) and convenient for walking places (top of the hill). It is just blocks from Green Lake, Seattle's Central Park, and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, coffee joints and pubs. People love living here because of the easy access to downtown Seattle and very central location. This home is located on a major bus line which takes you right downtown; easy transfer to UW or Ballard. Ubers are plentiful. Walkscore is amazing, easy walk to many, many fabulous restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. People love this location in Seattle as it is so accessible and central, plus it has a very friendly vibe.
