Holiday rentals with beach access in University Endowment Lands

Wonderful place, Wonderful hosts, Wonderful Stay. Steve and Carol are the warmest and kindest hosts ever. The house was also amazing - historic, great water views, and just comfortable all around. We would definitely consider staying again in the future.

The view is amazing! Bed is comfortable and the location is very convenient.

We stayed for 9 nights and it was exactly what we were expecting in a city stay. The apartment had all the basics, there’s a grocery store less than one block away, the amenities were great, and the neighborhood felt quite safe too. Parking was secure but tight for my mid-sized truck but that’s to be expected in a parkade. Many thanks!

Jay's place was just as described with some nice extras. We appreciated the snacks when we arrived after a late flight. Our family of 4 enjoyed ample space, comfortable beds and linens. Everything was spotlessly clean. Jay allowed a parking space in the driveway and so we did not have to rely on street parking. All in all a great stay in a quiet residential area that was conveniently located for us near to family but it is also near the bus route to hop on public transportation to get into Van. We would stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. Patrick was an incredible host, very accommodating and thoughtful. He even surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift, which made us feel so special right from the start. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Diana’s place was exactly like the pictures. Perfect size, perfect location and walking distance from almost everything. Diana was also super helpful and responsive to all messages! We will definitely stay there again if come back to Vancouver.

Sig and June are a lovely couple that offer a private retreat in a peaceful part of a bustling neighbourhood. The listing is exactly as described, and offers easy access to beaches, nature trails, and great restaurants! I highly recommend this accommodation, and will stay here again myself in the future.

Fantastic location. Very quiet and cosy home. Felt like a home away from home. The very steep stairs to the bedroom were a bit challenging especially with bags. We felt very safe and were able to relax and enjoy beautiful Kitsilano

Absolutely Stunning! Stayed here over Christmas and could not have asked for a better spot! Beautiful views, very comfortable surroundings. The beds were very comfortable and more than enough lovely thick towels. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect! You are no more than a 5 min walk from everything! All the shops and restaurants are so close! It’s a really great place to stay, we will definitely be back

We had a great stay. Loved the wood stove and the hot tub situated in a mossy forest. Zoran was very helpful with getting to gambier and provided great suggestions of places to see with the golf cart. Was very responsive if had questions. Beautiful island and loved sitting on the dock admiring the view and the seals.

Beautiful house in a great part of Bowen. Very stylish, with an amazing kitchen and stylish interior. The views across the water are stunning, especially with the breath-taking sunsets, and there is a gorgeous and very spacious deck to enjoy it from! Helen was extremely friendly, welcoming and flexible. Lots to do in the area with fun hikes and lots of lovely beaches. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay and would love to come back one day!

The house is very comfortable and just as beautiful as the photos. The location is incredible - amazing views of the water, mountains, and big ships passing. It was so lovely to be able to just walk across the street and be on the beach with long walks possible in either direction. It was also really convenient for groceries and restaurants along 4th Ave, and an easy 15 minute drive to downtown and Stanley Island. We loved Vancouver and our stay in this beautiful home!

Jim and Sue are outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to ensure their guests are taken care of. Their air bnb was a clean, cozy and peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The sunset beach walks were stunning. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the kindness and compassion they shared during our difficult circumstances. We had such a wonderful stay at Kate’s place! The location was perfect — tucked away in a quiet spot downtown, but just a short walk to so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a parking space was a huge bonus since we had a rental car. The unit was super clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up for future guests: the AC unit isn’t installed until May, so it was a little warm at night even with the fan and windows open, but it was totally manageable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Kate’s place — we’d happily stay here again!

Kay was a friendly, responsive host with a very clean and cosy place. We loved the location as the Aquabus to go to Granville Island was just across the street and the cute little taxiboats brought you over in no time. In 2 minutes walk you were on the Seawall as well. Also connection to downtown was easy and fast, just a bit uphill but very accessible.

Loved staying at Alex’s place! The building was very safe (I was traveling solo), her apartment was spotless, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I took advantage of the parking space and that was a huge perk. The bathroom has an oversized tub that was wonderful to soak in after a long day at the conference I was visiting for. I’d definitely stay here again!

Location, location , location! This unit is 3 min away from the Seabus and your front yard is a beautiful walkway by the water. All amenities provided and Kash was attentive to additional needs. Parking is easy and if you follow the instructions , you’ll go smoothly. Will stay again . Thanks Kash.
