Monthly Rentals in Upham Beach Park

We stayed at Ben’s condo for a spring break trip with 4 adults and 2 children. The space was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk beds. We loved being on the 1st floor, having a beautiful view of the beach and a short walk to the beach and pool! Ben was super responsive to any questions we had. We would def stay here again!

Rondine’s place was everything we were looking for this trip. The place was clean and in a pristine location. The one minute walk to the beach, and walkable restaurants, stores, and shops were great! Rondine was very responsive and a great host, would recommend.

This place was wonderful and enjoyed my stay with my family. We had easy access to the beach and had plenty of food places to walk to! We enjoyed the pool and had all we needed at this Airbnb. Would definitely book again! Thank you for the amazing stay.

Great place to stay! Gracielle and Jeffrey were great hosts and very responsive with answering questions. Super close walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and food nearby. We enjoyed our time!
