You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

A house with history - built in 1860 as a royal forestry office building in Moravia, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Marienbad, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
