Monthly Rentals in Urbanización los Cocoteros

The villa was just a described in a very quiet location. It was fully equipped and had everything required to self cater. We had a lovely time and would recommend the place to others who want to be left to enjoy the holiday without the interruption of other’s. We were a couple and appreciated the quietness of the place.

Beautiful space kitted out with everything you need for a comfortable stay on the island. It's literally a 30-second walk to the sea and there's also a natural swimming pool very close to the housing estate (like, literally 50 metres away!). The decoration inside is even more beautiful than the pictures, plus there was all kinds of little extras like tea, coffee and a bottle of wine to welcome us! Sarah was really helpful and attentive to our needs, even sharing some secret hidden gems she knows about around the island. Another thing we loved was just how bright the interior was... so much natural light! We would recommend Sarah's place and the beautiful island 100%!

The house was supernice next to the sea. The host very helpful and always available!

My family and I really enjoyed the place. The area is quiet and very nice. Manuel was always attentive.
