Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

In the living room there is a sofa, armchair, flat screen (cable) and Bluetooth system. In the bedroom there is a 160 x 200 cm bed. In the bathroom is a shower + cabinet and storage bench. The toilet is separate. The kitchen is functionally equipped: 4-burner induction stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

The apartment is 94 square meters and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without an elevator and can be used for 6 people. The old town is 5 minutes away on foot and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who also likes to give good tips:-)

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

We rent a small apartment on the second floor, which is fully furnished. It is a 3-family house where we live with our two dogs and a cat. Our pets are friendly to all people. The location is quiet and it is about 3 km to the city center. Very close (450 m) is a shopping mall (Netto, general practitioner, pharmacy, post office, bakery and hairdresser ...) Bus connection to the city: lines 5/15. We do not leave pets alone.
