The Loreley open-air theatre is also close by. The apartment has a private entrance and has been recently renovated.

Our cozy 3-room accommodation is located in a quiet environment in Koblenz Neuendorf in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine bank. It is located on the 1st floor and is well equipped. It is about a 2-minute walk to the Rhine bank, where public, free parking is also available. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach from the accommodation in 4 minutes within walking distance. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian takeaway.

Bei dieser besonderen Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe – so wird die Planung deines Aufenthalts ganz einfach. Bei Tiny Flat 1 ist der Name Programm😊 Sie verfügt über ein kleines Schlafzimmer (14 qm) eine Mini Küche und ein Badezimmer. Die FeWo befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der linken Seite und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im Hinterhof gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück.

We offer you a cozy studio apartment in a house built in 1900. The apartment has an ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette. ATTENTION!! THE STAIRS TO THE APARTMENT IS VERY STEEP!!! Since the apartment is located under the roof, it can be very warm in the room in the summer. For some cooling in this case, we provide a fan provided. Our house is located in the district Ehrenbreitstein, NOT in the city center of Koblenz!
