This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. Through the sofa bed, stays of three people are possible. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can walk to the cliffside of Bansin in a few minutes. Also within walking distance are: shopping, cafes, restaurants, restaurants, as well as the Promenade. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

My accommodation is located in the beautiful Sellin on the island Rügen, not far from the beaches and the center. Restaurants and food, as well as supermarket, bakers and small shops are directly in front of the door. It is 15 minutes to the famous pier and 10 minutes to the beach.
