On the ground floor of a detached house (we live above, no evening possible), a quiet street, fully independent accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the city center, a 15-minute walk to the SNCF train station. 2 bakeries, Butcher, Tobacco Press, Pharmacy and Supermarket a 2-minute walk away. Recently restored, parking right in front of the house, independent entrance, terrace with table and chairs. (Smart TV, C+, C+ sport, Tassimo). SYSTEMATIC CLEANING BEFORE ARRIVAL!!

I suggest you have a pleasant stay in the apartment located on the ground floor of my house with a separate entrance. A bedroom with a very comfortable double bed is located in the kitchen, living room, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people and a separate bathroom and toilet. Washing machine and dryer (which we share). No pets allowed. No smoking allowed.
