Electricity is Included with your stay. (That's a thing here) No pets allowed, my dogs get jealous.

Relax on this unique, quiet getaway. The villa is 50 meters from the lagoon 50 meters from the lagoon, perfect for kayaking! A 10 minute drive downtown, the room has a private bathroom, shared kitchen, and a wonderful terrace! 5 minutes to Chepes Bay, the most beautiful beach in Utila!! I have my room upstairs, I am working on the island and doing diving courses so I don't spend much time in the house, but it would be a pleasure to give you information about the island!!!
