Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Val-de-Marne

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Bruno’s place feels like a home away from home. He was very responsive and was there to check us in and show us around. Bruno’s place is spacious, well furnished and within walking distance of amenities I’d definitely recommend and would stay again

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are accurate, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family friendly. There is a lot of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is ideal if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand train station is close by as well. I would recommend it for large families

A wonderful, welcoming and fascinating house where we felt immediately at home. It easily accommodated six of us, with generous living spaces (including a grand piano which was very much enjoyed) and a delightful garden. Full of pictures and books, it is a very relaxed and relaxing place to stay: if Paris wasn't on the doorstep, we could easily have not left the house. The local area is terrific, with an amazing market (we were lucky enough to be there at the start of the asparagus season!), restaurants and bars, away from the tourist areas but with easy access to the city centre: we walked just about everywhere. It's rare to find a house like this in a city like Paris, and we had a very special family weekend in this gorgeous family home.

This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

Everything was wonderful about this location. There was some loud noises from bars downstairs and parties within the apartment but you are in the city. In was an amazing host and so communicative. Would highly recommend this place given it's central location and great host.

Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

Gaelle's apartment is in an exceptional location, a short distance from the Eiffel Tower, Place de la Concorde and the Louvre. The area is very quiet, with several restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, matches the photos, and breathes the air of a typical Parisian accommodation. The only note is that the apartment is also the usual home of Gaelle and family (this aspect was not clear from the listing or in any case was not understood by me). This means that the apartment has all Gaelle's personal belongings and furnishings, including food in the refrigerator. In any case, it was a good experience and we thank Gaelle for his hospitality and for the useful information he gave us.

Elinor’s apartment was wonderful for our family vacation in Paris. We enjoyed the location, easy to get around on the metro. Plenty of space for our family to spread out in the apartment. It was a very intimate stay as this is the hosts primary residence. Elinor was quick to reply and easy check in/out, great host!

The Location and apartment was amazing . We had a wonderful stay . The metro and bus stop was close by . We were pleasantly surprised how close the apartment is to the Eiffel tower and the neighbourhood was very safe . Would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone .

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Had a lovely stay here, very clean and tidy. Svitlana was a great host with quick responses, very attentive and helpful. The apartment was very pretty and homely with lots of amenities. It was very easy to access central Paris and if we decided to come to Paris again we would definitely return!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

We stayed at the apartment for four days with plans to visit Paris and the Disney Parcs. It was perfectly situated for both. There is a bus stop very close by and the next metro station isn't far either. We were greated in person and got all necessary instructions for our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and had enough space for all 5 of us. All in all it was a great experience and it's definitely worth booking!

Marianne’s place is so perfect. Great vibes. Location is amazing! Walking distant to tons of shops, parks and incredible restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with a great balcony view that brings in beautiful natural light. Everything was super smooth and Marianne was very helpful and sweet!

Beautiful apartment, very clean. Host was helpful with directions. Apartment is 7 minutes from train station, 50 minutes from Paris, and local bus is right across the street.
