Within walking distance (about 600 m), the river Le Gartempe, where there are enough places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also get his heart's content. For the mountain biker (possibly available), tour cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the landscape. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are available. For the horse riders there is a riding school a few kilometers away. For culture and relaxation nearby I recommend Ivo's guidebook.

Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Our accommodation overlooks the river .... the hamlet is very quiet and the water calls for relaxation! It is possible to walk directly from the house along the Vienne through a path that leads to a small church on the banks of the river. Possibility of going to Chauvigny on foot or by bike (loans possible) by the paths Presence of a nice cat, a few hens and a rooster ;-) All-inclusive price (towels / sheets)

Very small house ( 2 rooms) in the village of Thiat (10 km from Bussieres Poitevine ), on 2 floors ( be careful the staircase is not suitable for the elderly) , accommodation 15 minutes walk from the river . unfortunately there are no more shops in Thiat but there is a small restaurant ...English😀, easy parking in front of the cottage door. bike loan possible , Quiet location. sheets and towels provided
