Beautiful quiet studio with mountain view

Studio tout équipé situé au 1er étage, parking gratuit au pied de la résidence. Vous trouverez une banquette lit en 160*190 cm et également un lit superposé en 70*190cm. La cuisine est équipée avec lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, micro-onde et réfrigérateur. Nombreux rangements. La salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et sèche serviette. Toilette séparé. La loggia vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes.

A quiet cabin in the hinterland of Nice

Charming trapper-style cabin in the middle of the trees, in a cool and quiet location between my house and a caravan on the GR 51. You can do your old-fashioned toilet with toilet and water jar or you have behind the cabin a cold outdoor shower with water reserve. There's no kitchen in the cabin. Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

Chalet de la Mauna (Optional spa)

If the chalet is fully booked on your desired dates, you will also find the 'Chalet des Loups'. Nestled by the river, this chalet sleeps up to 4 people, providing a peaceful and enchanting setting for a refreshing and relaxing experience. In addition, as an optional extra, there is a private spa in a cave 50 metres from the chalet, open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm: €130 for 2 people for 1.5 hours' access.

Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.
