Ce logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. En fonction de la période de l'année vous pourrez observer des animaux sauvages dans le jardin.

Studio tout équipé situé au 1er étage, parking gratuit au pied de la résidence. Vous trouverez une banquette lit en 160*190 cm et également un lit superposé en 70*190cm. La cuisine est équipée avec lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, micro-onde et réfrigérateur. Nombreux rangements. La salle de bain est entièrement rénovée avec baignoire et sèche serviette. Toilette séparé. La loggia vous permet de profiter de l'extérieur avec vue sur les montagnes.

All amenities within walking distance (direct access to ski slopes and shopping mall), dishwasher and washing machine on site. Accessory products not provided (toilet paper, shower products, small grocery store)

Studio with a view of the slopes, fully equipped and located at the La Colmiane ski resort. It sleeps 4 with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Linens and bath towels are provided at no extra charge. The toilet and the bathroom are separate. There are several storage spaces available at the entrance and in the living space. We have fully equipped the studio so that you do not miss anything. Free parking at the bottom of the building with disabled space.

The nest

Once called Arbec, our small stone shepherd's hut served as a kitchen and dining room. It was there that the milk was transformed into cheese and bush, where the family gathered for the evening vigil with the neighbors ,and where social life was tied up.Tools,seeds, harvests ,were also stored in the arbec. The stones of this small building are full of history and the thickness of its walls offers a sense of protection, peace, conducive to rest.

In a village at the gates of Mercantour, this studio is on the ground floor of a 19th century house with period wall frescoes. This vaulted and bright space measures 15 m2. It consists of a kitchenette, a living room with a 140 X 190 bed, a table and 2 chairs, a wardrobe and a dresser and a shower room with toilet. A bicycle shelter is available for guests. Adjacent is a common garden with other tenants for relaxation and mountain views.

The valley cabin is nestled on a 5-hectare property, offering panoramic views of the mountains. You will find the charm of a wooden construction in a natural setting, the possibility to book massages, yoga classes and a professional private therapeutic spa with 46 jets. If we are available, we will be happy to offer you breakfast at an additional cost delivered to the cabin, make the request at the time of booking.

The Babelli Grange

Renovated barn in an atypical and spacious apartment (80 m²) that has combined the charm of the old with modern comforts. Located in the heart of La Bolline, a mountain village at the gates of the Mercantour Park, it is the perfect place to discover many activities offered by our beautiful region. Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
