Autrefois appelé Arbec, notre petite cabane de berger en pierres servait de cuisine et de salle à manger. C'est là que l'on transformait le lait en fromage et en broussa, c'est là que la famille se réunissait pour la veillée du soir avec les voisins ,et que se nouait la vie sociale.Les outils,semences, récoltes ,étaient aussi remisés dans l'arbec. Les pierres de ce petit édifice sont chargées d'histoire et l'épaisseur de ses murs offre un sentiment de protection, de paix, propice au repos.

En pleine nature et air pur de montagne , il est spacieux et à proximité des activités ludiques de la station été-hiver de la colmiane et des commerces. St Martin de Vésubie et le boréon sont proches à moins de 15kms. plein sud très clair et bien équipé il est classé 3***, il fait bon y vivre . Arbres fruitiers, potager et fleurs l'entourent . Equipped ground floor studio with a quick access from a free car parking. You will find a comfortable sofa-bed easy to unfold and fold up. Also a overlaid bed 90 x 190 cm. The kitchen is equipped by a washing machine, induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom is all brend new with a large shower and towel warmer. The toilets are separated.
