Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. Un amplio dormitorio con una cama matrimonial (135cmx190cm) y su gran baño con ducha y con todo lo indispensable, como juego de toallas, secador de pelo, shampoo y gel de baño. El apartamento es realmente especial por su localización y porque el buen gusto está presente en todos los rincones. Como está en una calle peatonal es bastante tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. El gran espejo de la zona de estar proyecta la imagen de parte de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en su interior y aporta gran luminosidad. Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...) El apartamento tiene wifi, aire acondicionado, microndas con grill, lavadora, lavavajillas. Cama de 160. Tv led pantalla plana de 42' Recibimos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes, nos encanta darles la bienvenida e informarles con detalle sobre nuestro partamento y sobre la ciudad. Estamos a su disposición en el móvil siempre que nos necesiten ante cuaquier problema que pueda surgirles en relación con el piso durante su estancia. Rodeado de teatros, grandes almacenes y los principales monumentos del centro de la capital valenciana, este apartamento recién reformado ofrece una conveniente ubicación para desplazarse a pie a los principales puntos de interés. El apartamento está perfectamente conectado con cualquier otra parte de la ciudad. A la puerta se coge el autobús número 19 que nos lleva directamente, sin necesidad de cambiar a otro, directamente a la playa y a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. A 250 metros hay dos paradas de metro, una es COLÓN y la otra XÁTIVA. Incluso la Estación del Norte, precisosa por cierto, está a escasos 300 metros. Alquiler de bicicletas en la zona. Parking con tarifas económicas y con tarifa 24 horas (se puede sacar y meter libremente el coche) a 15 euros. Tenemos otro piso publicado en air bnb en la misma planta y edificio, son los dos únicos pisos en la planta, también con cuatro plazas disponibles, de manera que entre los dos sumarían 8 plazas. M House Loft with Terrace Close to Port, Beach and Subway

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160x190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. The house is in El Cabañal, an authentic and traditional neighborhood, with a very rich life and a great light and atmosphere. A seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. If you are lucky, you can hear the local artists playing the guitar or singing. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport
