It's a unique space with very high ceilings and has recently been refurbished. It's an entire property, a top-quality space with completely independent access. The first thing that catches your eye is the very high ceilings. It's a luxury suite with a single, very spacious room with two large windows (from which you can see the Mercado Colón from the side), making it a very bright and spacious space. The only bed is 180 cm wide and of high quality. Next to the bedroom is a large luxury bathroom, while the other smaller bathroom is next to a spacious kitchen-diner and close to the entrance to the suite. The quality is top-notch and the decor is very cheerful and simple. The entrance hall to the suite is spacious and everything has its own charm. The spaces are spacious with light and cheerful tones. The kitchen is top-of-the-range and has everything you need, as well as very elegant and modern furniture. We take care of all the details and we don't want you to want for anything. In the centre of the kitchen there's a very large rectangular table. The kitchen bathroom is very charming with special and pleasant tones. The main bathroom is spectacular, very luxurious and very spacious. The heating is provided by town gas radiators, and the hot/cold air conditioning is of a high quality. Important information. Daily laundry. We have a laundry service (washer and dryer) included in the price for the everyday clothes you wear during your stay on working days. As the washer-dryer is not inside the suite, we take care of washing and drying everyday clothes (this service is included in the price). My partner Leticia or I, José Luís, will always be available via Airbnb chat. We'd like to be in touch with you via Airbnb chat if you wish, and resolve any issues that are within our power. If you need to iron, you'll have two options. You'll have ironing equipment. The photos may vary very slightly, as there are decorative changes and simple fabric replacements. The offering and the atmosphere will always be of the highest standard. First of all, I'd like to tell you that this independent suite, in terms of space and facilities, is absolutely on a par with a double room in a top 5-star hotel. The kitchen worktop, kitchen table and floor in the induction hob area are protected from hot utensils or spills. Please remember that our accommodation is for adults only.

Staircase giving access to two apartments, both of my property. My daughter and I live upstairs with independent access. Through the application I am available at all times, 24 hours, for any type of doubt, need or problem it has with us! In this house if something breaks, it's okay, you don't have to pay!!
