the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

The most beautiful AirBnB I've been in so far. Carlos and Pepe are totally friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean and has a beautiful sea view. The beach is just around the corner and was always almost empty. I can only recommend it and I would come back again and again!

Second time I have stayed in this fantastic apartment. Location is wonderful- right on the beach but easy to get around - I used Ubers rather than the local buses which worked really well. I was a lone female traveller and the area felt very safe. Security to get into the apartment block was great- required a key to get through the gate from the beach. Mainly locals holidaying in the area but the restaurants made me welcome and helped me translate menus into English. I’m planning to come back!

Belén's a really good host. I was waiting to show us the apartment and gave us explanations of everything we needed. As for the apartment, we felt right at home. It totally matches the photos. The terrace is very spacious and beautiful and we took advantage of it for breakfast and eating every day. Another thing we really liked, was the tranquility in the area and that the beach is about a 10 minute walk away. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice apartment! Everything was available as described. Pool is great, sea can be reached in 3 minutes, restaurant is available in the complex, other restaurants are about 10-15 minutes (along the beach) on foot. Bus stop 3 minutes away. Small supermarket in about 5-10 minutes on foot. For more shopping, you have to drive more to the center. Contact worked out very well. We were picked up from the airport for a fee as agreed and then were able to move into the apartment right away. Finally, we had a great vacation and we would also recommend this apartment.

Beautiful house with great rooms and spacing. The terrace area was also amazing to sit around at night and the house was very close to the beach!

We stayed with Pilar last minute and that was very pleasant. The cottage was very clean, modern, equipped with everything we needed, and located by the sea. Pilar was very helpful and gave us tips for the region. If there was a problem with the water heater, it was resolved the day itself. Thanks!

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

First time in Valencia and loved it. El Cabanyal is a fascinating neighbourhood and great place to locate. Espe was a very responsive and communicative host and made some top recommends for bars and restaurants. Also a brilliant little secondhand bookshop (English and Spanish) just round the corner if you're looking for a holiday read. And saw several good live bands all in strolling distance. The house was just what we were looking for, with the rooftop patio a bonus even in the dead of winter. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, ditto the Mercadona and the local indoor food market where you can get fresh produce daily. Easy to get buses into the old city or to hire bikes and take to the many cycle lanes. One tip: we went in Jan/Feb when it can be cold early morning/evening especially, and aircon doesn't always cut it for heating, so if you're going then, take some warm clothes. Overall a fab stay and would return without hesitation: you can fall in love with this place.

The apartment has been tastefully renovated, and well-equipped. There are enough cabinets to store clothes. We also enjoyed the heating as the weather was abnormally cold and rainy. Eugenia has thought of a lot of small practical details that make life easier, which is not often the case in vacation rentals. Eugenia is very responsive in case of any problems. For example, there was a power outage on the day of our arrival and she immediately arranged an emergency repair, which was done the same evening! The apartment is located a few minutes from the beach and very close to bus and subway stops to go directly to the city center. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes walk away and grocery stores and bazaars nearby. The only inconvenience that bothered us a little was the lack of view of the outside. Otherwise, having rented a lot of apartments in this area, I can say that it is a quality accommodation.

Martinez’s place is amazing. Very well described and looked exactly like the photos. Loved that we had a supermarket directly opposite. Martinez was a great host, always answered messages quickly and gave us recommendations and very helpful and clear instructions on the public transport. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The apartment was right on the beach! A beautiful view to spend the day with. Easy access to a number of bus lines to the city, a full grocery store right around the corner, and lots of dining options made a perfect location even better. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Oversized sized bath towels, and cozy bed linens were a treat. A full kitchen with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher made evenings at home a breeze. Washer/dryer unit made packing for home much neater! We wished we had booked for longer!

Because of Dana's sake, we were only able to reach our location for two days. Belen has stayed in touch with us throughout the time. She was very understanding, first for the fact that we couldn't get there in time because of being in traffic, even though we didn't know why at the time, neither did Belen. She stayed very quiet all the time and constantly put us at ease. The reassuring words and the fact that we didn't have to take care of our late arrival has always remained, even after it became clear why we were stuck in traffic and could only get to our destination after two days. Given the situation, these reassurance from Belen were always a comfort. Mercie Belen to take such good care of us. She also allowed us to catch up with the lost two days, but we didn't choose that ourselves. It says everything about her hospitality. There was no criticisms of the apartment. We could unwind there. The rental unit is a perfectly designed with pristine kitchen/bathroom (important for us), comfortable living area/bedroom and small outdoor balcony area with table. The building itself is very well kept up, with a guard for part of the day. The underground parking spot in the building itself is a big advantage for those with cars. Obviously, the choice is to be near the beach as opposed to in the middle of the action in Valencia - but the beach has its own vibe as you walk (e.g., ran across a fun volleyball tournament). Neighborhood is quiet at night and has typical amenities nearby- restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc. Finally, Emma (and Christina) were terrific hosts. Many thanks!

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was comfortable. Close to the beach & restaurants & grocery stores. It was a relaxing short stay, longer would have been better. Highly recommend!
