Waterfront holiday rentals in Valencia

the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

We arrived just fine with the directions he gave us, everything was very good and a nice area. I recommend it and the apartment is really good, everything was very clean and spacious, everything was right.

We came to the Perellonet for a weekend getaway from Madrid, and we had a great time. Alberto made us easy to check in, he made recommendations to make in the area, and left the apartment quite clean. The apartment is just like the photos, and it had everything we needed, including the coffee detail in the mornings we had on the balcony. The neighborhood is quite quiet, and the building directly faces the beach. It was a pleasure to stay at Alberto's place and we thought we'd come back!

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

A wonderful apartment, location, spotless, with all the essential one could hope for, and then some. The two separate bathrooms were especially an appreciated feature. And Veronica could not be outdone in attending to this travelers lost items, immediately resolving concerns, making for a genuinely peaceful stay. Excellent all around !

We had the best, most relaxing time in José’s apartment. Great location 2 mins from the beach, the kitchen is so well put together and equipped. When I come back to this great city I will look to stay here again!

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, he allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. the apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurant and the beach everything is within walking distance. free street parking or nearby small streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

The stay in Carla's apartment was satisfactory. The arrival was fluid and Carla's father explained everything clearly. The place was very clean, well equipped and close to the beach and the promenade. During the day the area is quiet, although in the afternoon there is music coming from the campsite in front of the apartment. Communication with Carla was adequate and always responded promptly. We appreciate their restaurant recommendations. We didn't miss anything during the stay.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. We were greeted by Roberto's father and he was very kind to help us turn things up.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
