Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Valencian Community

The apartment is perfectly equipped, easy to access and very functional. My partner and I were visiting the area and we had a great time. Highly recommended.

The house is nicely quiet. By car, it's still only 10 minutes to Alcossebre. The view over land and sea is breathtaking. Unfortunately, we were missing a drying rack to the existing washing machine. A highlight is also the pool, beautifully large and deep.. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great to be back in this familiar area again. The villa felt spacious and well appointed. Outdoor areas were very well maintained. There was plenty of space to enjoy and the kitchen had everything that we needed. Tom’s agent Michael was very responsive. The associated car hire from Gray’s worked very well with the pick up and drop off at the airport.

We went for one night and the apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything necessary and Silvia and Javier were very friendly from the beginning and very attentive.

Took my Mother and Aunty away for a few days sun in March. Weather was beautiful and the apartment was perfect. Great location and views of the sea. I would stay here again. Check in was easy and we were met by the host even though our flight was delayed. Other family members stayed somewhere else and wished they were in our location.

The accommodation was as advertised, everything in perfect condition, very clean and tidy. Daniel, the host, was available at all times, friendly and willing to help you with whatever was needed. We'll save this place for future trips to the area.

The communication with the host was great. The penthouse, especially the rooftop terrace, and the location right in front of the sea are a real dream. I'm happy to come back 🌸

Comfortable location, large apartment with everything you need. We enjoyed our visit.

The apartment was beautiful and in an amazing location with easy access to all the sites. Maria was an exceptional host and gave us so many incredible recommendations. She arranged for a private driver to El Parmar for a delicious lunch and then a private boat ride on the waterways of the Albufera National Park. We ended our trip with an amazing dinner at Salgardi with an unbelievable view of the church. All of this was made possible by Maria!!

The apartment is amazing. We were seven people and we all agreed on the appreciation. The rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition. The dining room is great to be able to share with the number of people we were. The host's attention was also very good, taking the time to explain and advise us as necessary of the house and the city. We went for a three-day event, if we come back next year we will repeat, without a doubt.

We stayed in Alicante for 10 days. The apartment almost made us feel at home. It is large and spacious and there is everything you need. A beautiful place to explore Alicante from. And as a small highlight the rooftop pool. Perfect! We would definitely come back.

The host Reme is very attentive, always attentive to any requests. I explain where shops are, bakery, fruit shop... supermarkets, they were waiting for us on our arrival. We teach the entire apartment without a hurry and they were very friendly at all times. See the beach from the dining room and then there is a large terrace where in addition to the sea you can see some beautiful sunsets. The area is very quiet. everything is great.

The welcome was extremely friendly and the apartment was bigger than it looked on photos. Great location a short walk to the beach, marina, bars, restaurants and shops. The property had a rooftop pool with great views of the castle.

We spent 4 nights at Felipe's apartment, very spacious and had absolutely everything needed for us, the grandparents and 2 grandaughters, quiet, clean neighbourhood and 5/10 min walk to all the bars, restaurants and a gorgeous sandy beach, bus stop at bottom of road, we rate very high and if we go to that part of Spain again we will definitely stay again!

The living experience was perfect!The host was kind and kind, waited at the intersection in advance and gave a warm introduction to the apartment facilities and surrounding living environment.The location of the apartment is excellent, facing the community pool and looking out to the Mediterranean Sea, where we spent two days of relaxing vacation and making good memories.

This was the best stay on airbandb it ticked all the boxes for me the apartment was beautiful near all amenities and i relly enjoyed the swimming pool the apartment was very clean and spacous all you need for a holiday in Alacante

Lovely penthouse apartment, super quiet , no noise from neighbors or the street , washing machine and dryer , private compartment in the free parking garage under the building , shutters in front of the windows , so sleep in the dark . Clean and plenty of pans etc in the kitchen , Dulce gusto coffee machine, a 3-minute walk and large supermarket with fresh bread , 1 minute you are on the beach with cozy and tasty restaurants, which were also open in early March and cozily busy . Nice bed , plenty of towels, sun loungers on the rooftop , there is even an extra toilet and shower and BBQ . A 15-minute walk away by bike rental where you rent for 10 euros good Dutch sports bikes, where you can be in the middle of busy Valencia within half an hour, but close to this house , enough bars and eateries so we only cycled to Valencia once. Wonderful stay , quick response from the owner . It's the white high building with the black half round fence where you need to be! Recommended

Wonderful Airbnb in the best neighborhood in Valencia! The apartment is even more spacious than we thought, and it was cleaned to hotel standards— very pristine. It had everything we needed for a longer stay, and was very comfortable. The bed had a new modern quilt on it, and was extremely comfortable as well. Jo was also a very great host, so I’ll definitely recommend this airbnb to others.
