Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Valkenburg

We felt very comfortable in Christina's house. The amenities are very high quality and thoughtful. We were particularly pleased that the dog was able to come along and that there were so many games for the kids. You can also quickly walk down to the lake or walk a bit into the forest, from where you have a beautiful view of Lake Rur. We highly recommend taking the boat across the lake - you can get off and back at the stops. After checking out, we had an exchange with Christina because of an ambiguity and that was very friendly and transparent at all times. Therefore, we can fully recommend not only the house, but also the landlady:-)

We loved our stay at Marie Paule's place. A very hospitable woman, who was also very sweet to our children. Our 2-year-old son worked with her in the garden for an afternoon. The cottage is very suitable for a family. Well equipped, nice bedrooms and the garden- which is huge- is very nice for hiking or for a picnic. The location in relation to Aubel with all nice shops, a very cozy market on Tuesday and on Saturday and the adbij of Val-Dieu is very convenient. In short: really good value for the money. I can recommend this place with peace of mind!

Jos is the friendliest Host I have ever met. He was so kind, that we felt right at home from the start.

I cannot say enough to describe how wonderful Anne and Hugo’s cottage was! Everything about it was beautiful. Hugo made a wonderful loaf of bread and yummy jam. And a lemon tiramisu!! If want to have great stay at a beautiful place this is it!

Beate wasn't around, but Thomas hosted us excellently, even providing us with dinner on the first night for which he refused extra payment. The house itself was done up in a rustic way, but very well and very clean. Washing machine broke (after washing fine for a couple of loads), but Thomas quickly sorted out the wash and replaced the machine itself. The kids loved the table tennis table, and slide and swings. The road was very quiet, but particularly because the road was temporarily closed further down so may be busier at other times. Countryside was lovely, with mad hares spotted on different mornings outside the large lounge window. Overall we had a great family stay here, and were very happy to stay a bit further outside of Monschau to have the outside space for the children.

A perfect place for two and four-legged friends for a quiet break in the middle of the beautiful Eifel, near Rursee. Breathtaking views, small fenced garden, spacious, cozy space. Super friendly, helpful, animal-friendly hostess. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you so much dear Inga :-)

I can highly recommend the place. Everything looked like the pictures and we felt right at home. The view from the window is the madness and the sound of the water very calming. Ideal for a quick break to unplug. Communication with Uta was straightforward and fast. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect! Beauty, cleanliness, equipment, location close to town , parking… We spent 3 comfortable winter nights in Robert's apartment-Triplex. Instructions were clear and provided in time. We recommend this place for those who want to be in this beautiful city and from there discovering this beautiful region.

We were there for a little rest trip and did surrounding beautiful hiking tours. Achim and Rita had suitable recommendations for this. It was a very pleasant communication. The place was very well equipped as shown in the pictures and impeccably clean. We took full advantage of the sauna and fireplace. The garden is also very comfortable. Absolutely recommend!

Very nice and spacious apartment. The pool table was a great success. Within walking distance, among other things, a good ice cream parlor with delicious ice cream. Nice walk to the tri-border point. Recommended!

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only passing through Liège for one night. But the apartment is really great! Decorated with beautiful style and yet modern. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" just 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

It took a rib from our body this stay, but we got a lot in return. A rooftop terrace for the hot days and two heaters for the cold. We understand that the owner also regularly uses the place himself and that is noticeable. In terms of cooking utensils, bed linen, blankets for the sofa... everything is correct. The apartment actually feels like a home away from home and in that regard we would definitely love to come back!

We had a very nice weekend at Thomas's house. It was exactly as he had described on Airbnb's site. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house was very cozily furnished, also nice with a fireplace in it. It has a nice sauna and swimming pool. The bedrooms had wonderful beds. Everything was very neat and well taken care of. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. You could always reach him if you had any questions. Very nice. Thank you Thomas for a pleasant stay in Schwalmtal. We had a wonderful weekend with the family!

We loved our stay very much. The service was excellent from the first moment of contact. Communication was smooth, friendly and very thoughtful. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The location was very good: quiet, cozy and surrounded by beautiful nature. The house itself was very neat and clean and equipped with every comfort. This beautiful house is perfect for a stay with several multigenerational families. We were 8 adults, 3 young children and 2 dogs. Everyone found their place, the two lounges being particularly advantageous in this configuration. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are impeccable. A special mention for the large bathroom with a central bathtub in which our little ones had a good time. The kitchen is very well stocked, nothing is missing and the appliances are in perfect working order. The separate back kitchen is also very convenient with its second fridge, freezer and space to store food or other items. We also really enjoyed the welcome basket and the bottle of very cold "bubbles". Finally, we would like to thank Kristina for her proactivity and availability. In short, a great time!

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

The house is really great! It's very spacious and it includes a large garden where a nice jacuzzi and sauna are available. Towels and robes are provided and the host even preheated it for us! The living area is cozy and has a fireplace that creates a warm ambience. Bed was comfy and clean. Also the bathrooms and toilets were comfortable and clean. There is a convenient parking space available for your car in the garage. The airbnb is suitable for couples but also for groups. The stay and our host, Antonella, were amazing! She was flexible with check in and check out and was very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed! The house is beautiful and tidy, the goats and the sheep are really sweet and the garden is a nice place to be!
