Fina is an amazing, reliable and responsible person. Accommodation is suitable for a huge family or groups. House is spacious, clean with everything that you need and in the heart of the Platja de Gandia + great price for accomodation. 5 stars out of 5.

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

We had a fantastic week, we didn't lack anything in the house, very close to Villajoyosa and the village of Orxeta itself. Very quiet area and comfortable house with very comfortable beds, the truth is as if you were at home. The pool plays a lot and you are luxurious on the porch. you would miss a repasito outside and a fenced to the entire estate for everything else great, to return

We loved our stay at the apartment, quiet area, bars, restaurants, coffee shop. The apartment feels comfortable with my kids and I felt right at home. The communication with Pedro is wonderful, a pleasure to meet him. We hope to return soon.

We stayed with friends (10) 8 days at Danny's and everything went very well. The house is extremely well located by the water, 2 steps from an excellent restaurant "la paillote", a very nice house for holidays. The outside remains to be improved, especially to have shade areas ( the work starts in September) but very sincerely we had a great holiday. Each room has its own bathroom, upstairs kitchen, kitchen on the ground floor, everything is very convenient even if we spent all our time outside, comfort and interior design were at the Rendezvous. Danny was very nice, very responsive and attentive, we recommend this house and its simply magical sea view. Thanks Danny.

The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from east and west, so it's always bright, but not hot at noon. If necessary, good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, crockery and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 min, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, and it gets so much sunlight. The view of the sea from the windows is incredible, especially during sunsets. The apartment also has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I have never seen such caring hosts. They received us with a basket of surprises, they gave us so many recommandations, they would answer so fast, they translated for us for our driver who didn't speak a word of English, they offered to help us find a driver and even to call them if we had any trouble while traveling on our bikes. They even came to offer us some fresh fruits. They truly were so amazing and helpful and caring!!! I will definitely keep that host in mind for any other travel in the area!!!

apartment very clean and well arranged. 15 minutes from Valencia, quiet and 5 minutes by foot from the beach. No problem parking. a very good compromise between town and beach / quiet. To choose however if you are by car, to reach the places of catering or supermarkets. as far as we are, 4 and by car, it was perfect!

Ms. Klaudia is a wonderful person, and we really regret that we weren't able to fully communicate in Spanish. Her apartment was beautiful, and the room we received was very clean. It was clear that Ms. Klaudia takes great care of the interior. Our stay there was amazing, and we will remember it for a very long time.

Javier is an excellent host - welcoming, accommodating, and professional. I was late for my arrival due to train cancellations and Javier couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. The house is in a beautiful location and was perfect for our long family stay. Highly recommended.

Super recommended place to stay, perfect for a few days relaxing. The house is fantastic. Highlighting the heating that makes you at an ideal temperature despite the cold outside. Also the owners are very nice and pleasant. It was a great experience.

It has been an amazing experience staying at Chloe's retreat, the house is located in a small town with a lot of charm, quiet and privileged views. I would definitely repeat it a thousand times more. In addition, we have traveled with dogs and they have enjoyed it very much too.

The house and facilities couldn't be more perfect, it had everything you need for us and the kids. Very comfortable rooms. Full bathrooms, with soap, towels, toilet paper, all left in detail. The pool and barbecue, along with the chill out area was wonderful, children and adults enjoyed everything to the fullest, the only thing I would add is a fridge in the pool area, to have more capacity and to have more comfort to be enjoying the pool. I would add a dishwasher to the kitchen for your convenience. And the hosts have been super friendly and close, being available for any questions or needs. We will definitely be back!!!!! Well-equipped house, with everything you need to spend a quiet, comfortable, pleasant, refreshing stay... both with family and friends as a group, as was the case. Very attentive and super flexible owners both at check-in and check-out. A spectacular terrace and space to enjoy barbecues or paellas and the pool, simple but enough to enjoy several people and cool off. We would definitely repeat. Thank you very much for everything and see you next time.
