At your disposal all the necessary amenities, with mini full kitchen, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. In front of the studio are the old schools built in 1930, which house the municipal library and the museum of singer Nino Bravo and in front of you find the splendid Paseo del Ensanche. You can also walk along the river and get an amazing experience breathing nature.

Apartment with lots of light, quiet and the terrace with beautiful ocean and pool views. It has tennis courts, a fronton court, a children's garden, a garden area, and a social club. In the summer months, we also have a bar restaurant open. Very close to the beach (a 3-minute walk to the beach) Direct access from the V21 highway and 12 minutes from Valencia by car.
