Upstairs with separate outside entry, this Studio Efficiency is perfect for one, two, or three persons or a couple with two small children. It's light, airy & very private. Full bath, kitchenette, A/C, WiFi, roof patio, & lovely views of trees in all directions. My property is on the southeast edge of town in a country setting. It's a walk to center - 8 or 9 long blocks - but there are inexpensive taxis available.
