WHU-near 1-room apartment, near Schönstadt+Rheinsteig

Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

Beautiful, cozily furnished apartment with small kitchenette in the living room, bathroom + bedroom in a quiet location on the edge of the beautiful Westerwald (ZIP code 56337!). The central location allows great excursions, for example beautiful bike tours or hikes on the Rhine or Moselle trails & the various dream trails/dream paths. Eine offene Galerie, mit Schlafzimmer, großem Wannenbad und separater Toilette, die ausschließlich vom Gast genutzt wird Das Schlafzimmer kann von innen und außen abgeschlossen werden Ein sehr bequemen Boxspringbett 1,40 erwartet Sie. Es gibt gratis W-LAN und Internet TV. Eine Kitchenette mit Wasserkocher, Dulce Gusto und Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die erste Etage bewohne ich,dieser Bereich ist absolut separat.

Inselnest Vacation Rental

In the middle of the Rhine on the island of Niederwerth in a separate annex, is our cozy and quiet apartment. The city of Vallendar is within walking distance via a bridge in 500 m, as well as train, bus and boat connections as well as all shopping. The nearby WHU is also 5 minutes walking distance. There are very nice walking paths on the island.
