A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Our cozy 3-room accommodation is located in a quiet environment in Koblenz Neuendorf in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine bank. It is located on the 1st floor and is well equipped. It is about a 2-minute walk to the Rhine bank, where public, free parking is also available. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach from the accommodation in 4 minutes within walking distance. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian takeaway.
