It is only a few kilometers to Koblenz with its sights, such as the German Corner, the Geysir in Andernach as well as castles and palaces on the Rhine and Moselle. The cities of Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied are accessible by bus. The stop is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is 64 m² and is on the ground floor. In the garden, it is possible to park bicycles. Pets are not allowed.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
