Villa du Marmot is located on the first heights of the village of Plancherine halfway between the top of the Col de Tamié and the city of Albertville (less than 7 minutes by car). The villa is a 67 m² 4-star rated furnished tourist accommodation. It offers a living room with an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, laundry room and 2 toilets. Guests will appreciate the views of the surrounding mountains from the house as well as from the private outdoor Jacuzzi. The back yard is fully fenced.

"Les Charmettes" T3 house (67 m2) on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 1 terrace, located at the bottom of our closed and secure property comprising our house, a large swimming pool and a pleasant garden. Electric roller shutters. Several parking spaces. Very quiet location, country setting, start of hiking trails. Beautiful panorama and sunshine. Close to Aix-Les-Bains, Bourget beach and lake 4 km away, ski resorts and Bauges Regional Park 30 minutes away. From Saturday to Saturday in summer.

Superb detached house facing the valley with a 20 m² terrace with fantastic views of the mountains of the Chartreuse Natural Park. You can escape to the forest and reach the top of the Dent du Chat, a local natural landmark. Built more than 2 centuries ago, the building housed 3 families, before being bought and then fitted out by my great-grandfather Antoine. Renovated in 2020, the living area is 160 m2 on a plot of 1000 m2.
